Rodrequies L. Thompson a proud father of Rayshaun L. Thompson. Mr. Thompson, “my son, is my constant inspiration; I attempt daily to strive for greatness and beyond to be the example my son could be proud of”.
R. L. Thompson has worked within the nonprofit sector directly for the last ten plus years; as the youth director at his home Church Oak Grove M. B. Church of Martin, TN, at JIFF Juvenile Intervention Faith-based Follow-up as a Case Mentor, Lead Case Mentor, an as a project manager, a Supervisor of Dorm Life at The Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center, and currently serves as a career counselor for SeedCo, assisting those 18 to 24 yr old participants successfully reintegrate back into the community. Mr. Thompson under went training for three years at UYI, Urban Youth Initiative on nonprofit sustainability on the best way to engage and approach youth with effective programming.
He studied Philosophy at University of Tennessee at Martin, an Organization Management and Human Behavior at Bethel University.

A 15 year Mason a member of L. M. Ballard #364, Past Master, previously served locally, regionally along serving on the state level as Chairman of the Thomas A. Prog Scholarship Fund, as the Grand Orator, and lastly Grand Recording Secretary, of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Tennessee.
